Chapter IV, section 1 – Internal Regulation Manual
If a pilot cannot meet the minimum activity, they must formally request a vacation period from the Human Resources Department through the official channels. During this period, the pilot is exempt from the monthly flight requirement while remaining a member of Air Nubeiro.
Vacation status has a limited duration and is managed by the Human Resources Department. If the minimum activity is not met and no vacation period has been requested beforehand, the relevant department will contact the pilot and give them a deadline to regularise their situation. If there is no reply within at least 20 calendar days, the pilot's membership will be terminated in accordance with the internal regulations.
What does the minimum activity requirement involve?
An Air Nubeiro pilot must keep their active status by completing at least one flight per month under the NBV callsign, on the IVAO or VATSIM flight networks, and logging it correctly through the company's ACARS system. This obligation is part of the activity agreement set out in our Internal Regulation Manual and is required to keep active pilot status.
The requirements might vary depending on the recruitment drive, so you should not miss any opportunity. You can check the requirements and all the information about pilot recruitment in the Recruitment Center.
